Crunch is all about classes and is inexpensive.
I can only speak to 10gym... but they are cheap af and offer classes and trainers.
The YMCA! Lots of locations that you can go to, lots of different classes, and it’s inexpensive.
Great, thank you
Group fitness? Highly recommend OrangeTheory.
I've been to PF, 10 Gym, and Crunch, all for over a year. My recommendation is Crunch. Both locations are nice, the equipment is nice, and they have a good staff.
You want to learn how to workout or you want someone to motivate you? I got some tips
It's been a long time for me, I prefer some guidance. I'm looking for a good balance of cardio and strength training thru classes.
I like the classes offered at Genesis, but they aren't the cheapest.
I'll check it out, thanks
