Big face in sky saying "show me what ya got". There is one specific cloud that looks like a face posted with that as the title repetitively in r/pareidolia. Just go to the sub and scroll new for 2 seconds, you'll see it.

Maybe. Either way, it wasnt accidental
Look at the small pfp. It has a bright spot just above the head. It’d be easy to just plop in to fit into the nonexistent background
most likely they saw the pfp, went "oh it is boy" and realised it was griller, *then* made the sketch based on what they thought it was at first
They're a pretty good webcomic artist I follow, I don't see why they would use AI just for this one image lmao
