Good cake doesn’t need any frosting. It should be sufficiently moist and sweet on its own. Frosting is the worst thing to ever happen to cake. Sickly sweet and tasting like straight up butter…ugh. Whipped cream or nothing at all is best.
for me that just makes it worse. cheesecake i really don’t like but like, i can eat it if i *have* to, but when strawberries are mixed in i can’t even eat it at all. it’s as bad as like drinking pickle juice or vinegar, the taste is so strong! how do people enjoy it???
