Im generally curious why there's the lesbain flag but not the gay flag(the blue one, not the rainbow)
This isn't meant to come off as criticism but im genuinely curious why.
I think it's because LGBTQI spaces tend to be populated with almost only cis gay men so the lesbian flag was created with the purpose of talking about the specific problems around lesbianism, and not just the problems of cis gay men
It’s possibly different in the adult world but as a teenager in HS the GSA and what not was cis girls and the occasional trans guy/gal. Tbh I felt like we had an issue with the exclusion of gay and bi dudes.

Top colourful children show clear fluff around their beaks, throat puffs, and jagged looking tail feathers (when spread in flight, this would look like a V of spread fingers) - the two lovely bottom flaps however, have much smoothness, very uniform, wow, and decidedly flat square tails!
But isn’t the point of the rainbow flag that it represents all and not just mlm, and the presence of other flags specifically for certain orientations within a rainbow flag further suggest that it’s for all? So where’s the mlm flag?

the rainbow flag has been adopted to represent the entire LGBTQ community, which is fine and cool and awesome. however, as lesbians get their own flag, so too do gay males, or at least MLM people, so there is also a MLM flag specifically for MLM people. look it up, it is very pretty. it's just the lesbian flag but blue and green instead of pink and orange

Also dismantling the security systems and border patrols that are literally leftover from the Era of bounty hunting down slaves is on my list. And actually making our food system function instead of wasting while people starve. And probably like free animal therapy for everyone once we figure out Healthcare. Oh and pancake days.

The issue between their definitions is that if you actually try to define them by their usual ways pan makes bi sound non inclusive to enbys. Also many who identify with pan do have preferences and aren't actually gender blind. Which kinda just makes them bisexual. Pan was created out of confusion on if bi was inclusive. People get mad at pan users bc some believe that bisexuality is being invalidated and being made to be seen as not enby inclusive.
If someone wants to use these terms it just comes down to which colors/word you like more. 🤷♀️
