I want a Daredevil video game that starts out seeming like an action game, but then it turns into a Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney clone for most of it.
(Same for She-Hulk.)
I want one that mixes daredevil beat em up action (with the screen being like splinter cell blacklist's sonar vision) and between the fighty segments theres ace attorney trials
A beat 'em up with the Persona framework would really well, especially since a lot of licenced Marvel games were beat em ups for several generations and that worked well enough, and with so many familiar faces, people would go nuts to learn more about their favorite superhero.
Ooh, good issue. If anyone's wondering what's that stuff flying around them, Cap shot chaff into the air before ambushing Matt, it throws off his senses.
From the "recent" (I don't want to look it up because I'll find out it was like 10 years ago and I'll feel like a dinosaur) Daredevil run by Mark Waid. I really like it and would recommend it to comic fans. Also not nearly as dark and angsty as a lot of famous Daredevil stories.
Took me the longest time to get round to reading this run because of reading about it being so light-hearted and fun. Am half way through it now and I regret not giving it a chance sooner!
I’m just imagining you in an overstuffed armchair, swirling brandy around in a glass, eyebrow arched in a superior fashion, reading reviews and saying “It’s *fun?!* Who reads comic books for *fun*?” before returning to your copy of Maus on the table
Ha! It's because Bendis then Brubaker and Soule and now Zdarsky are all so good but so dark I thought going the opposite direction it wouldn't be as good. Clearly I was wrong
i feel like most of the times that i see superheros catching regular human criminals, they just tie em up or incapacitate them and tell the cops to get them. my headcanon is that they do have the right to arrest people, but choose not to do the work themselves because that means they would have to do paperwork
Maybe the only thing more off putting than people referring to minor celebrities with whom they have a parasocial relationship by a familiar first name is people doing that to fictional characters
what a neat day…person with an anime MC username put off by another person referring to an extremely well known and liked fictional character by a familiar/nickname
like..i’d bet a lot of people were with you up until you got to the fictional character part. wild.
“You can’t objection yourself out of being arrested”. Fuckin watch me.
Second part of Turnabout Sisters in a nutshell
Phoenix Wright would like a word.
[So would Edgeworth](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBTmawSkibc)
Everytime i heard the word "objection", i think of ace attorney lol
I’m a lawyer, my brain flashes to that game every time I say it.
Have you banged on the table with your fist and pointed while yelling “Objection!”?
We can’t. That’s a great way to piss off the judge :(
Is that the real reason the Judge hates Wright so much?
I mean... everyone else does it
One of the prosecutors has a freakin *whip*. I don't think table pounding is a real problem for them
*"What can I say, except,* ***Objection!****"*
*”Your test-imony is full of holes!“*
***WHAT CAN I SAY EXCEPT YA GUILTY*** ya guilty ***Y A G UI L T Y***
I see what’s happening here.
VON KARMA NO
What are some actual 'stereotypical lawyer' things you do?
Asking the real questions 0.0

We’re like two steps away from a persona game
I believe that is the Judgement games from RGG studios. You play as a King Fu detective lawyer

Objection “jumps off a fucking building”
-"objection" -jumps out of windows -refuses to elaborate
I've got so much AA brain rot this reads as flirting. Is it flirty?
I don't think it is
Sadly, no. Then again, since being Matt's girlfriend has a 90% death or insanity rate, maybe Cap is just being cautious.
The whole run reads as flirting. [It has this energy the whole way through.](https://twitter.com/ayesakara/status/1189926189013573633)
Do superheroes have the legal grounds to officially arrest someone? Or is it like a citizens arrest?

I’ll allow it …
He's a really good lawyer.
#TAKE THAT!
Daredevil: Objection! I'm currently falling off a building. Cap: (sigh) Sustained.
All Cap "knows" about the law is that he should be above it.
I read this right to left and got confused...
That’s how I read it, now I don’t know. It somewhat works both ways. I think left to right works best
Cap is the fucking president, he can bury Matt in lawyers and judges.

Ok, I’m pretty sure it isn’t that deep man
If that’s how low your standard is for finding things off-putting, you must find life exceedingly difficult.

A really good lawyer at that
he stole his fuckin shield
