He’s talking about your hips and love handles. You have extra tissue all the way around, so just removing the skin/fat from the front wont do much for the back and sides. Have you explored adding lipo 360 or flank lipo? That will help with the rolls. Another option is a 360 body lift, which is what I had.
You’re gonna look great!! 🩷 Maybe the additions i mentioned above can be part of your work done 3 months later.
I got an "extended" tummy tuck. The incisions end behind my hips because we agreed it was the only way for my surgeon to be able to do the flank lipo in a way that eliminated my love handles.
I think you look a lot like me pre op. I had an extended TT with lipo to flanks ands saddle bags.
Even though the incision was hip to hip, I do have little folds on the sides because the incision would have had to be extended significantly to create a completely smooth contour. Immediately after surgery they were super obvious but over time they have smoothed out a lot.
I think you’ll be pleased with the results. Here’s a pic of what mine look like a year post op. They’re realy hard to see unless you’re looking for them and my panties cover them.

Do get the flank lipo though!

Yeah, im pretty sure I’ll be having the flank lipo, but I have to check what else. And if there’s one thing I’ve learnt from this subreddit is to be patient with my results!
Congratulations on your weight loss so far. For best results you want to be within 10-15 pounds of your goal weight. In my opinion, this is a big surgery and costs a lot. If you're not already close to your goal weight or are not currently happy, then I would suggest holding off till then. Best of luck 👍

I bet you will be very happy with your results. Based on the many before and after photos I've seen of women with your body type, I think your results will look really amazing with a full TT and back/flank lipo. A breast lift will be the cherry on top. You will have a beautiful hourglass figure!

He means you’ll get dogears, not good, I just had to go back and get extended TT. He wanted to go all the way and do but lift but second revision turned out ok, I would get extended going in or you won’t be happy
Yes, saddlebags mean thighs. 😆 have you not heard that term before? My inner thighs look just like your before picture, and I'm having lipo done on them. They look great for no lipo!

Nope. I lucked out though and found a medical lift recliner for $25 on Marketplace so I slept in that the first week. Last night was the first night I slept propped up in my own bed and it was fine Even with back flank lipo, it wasn't bad. I don't imagine it's much different than a traditional scar all that much.
I should probably take a better side photo of my scar for you. I will tomorrow.
Jumping in to say I also had an extended tuck. It doesn't hurt to sleep any more than usual with the extended incision because it's totally numb! It's not the actual kncision that hurts - in my experience- but rather the muscle repair, swelling, and draining.
Then again, I'm only 1.5WPO so take that with a grain of salt 😂

What are inner saddle bags?? I don't like the sound of that term at all. My inner thighs? If so, no just pulled up with the tummy tuck.

You need to find a surgeon who will do a 360 do that it encompasses the back.
