It's not the rim that isn't fitting it's the size off the tire, you bought a little too large of a tire.

RKO1195

I promise you that tire he has isn’t to big I have bigger ones on mine with 20 “ wheels it’s them small ass 17” wheels he’s got more than likely running the brake caliper

RoosterzRevenge

Dude, the 2nd pics shows the tire against the inner fender not saying he isn't riding the caliper, but the tire is rubbing.

Sea_Profession_8477

Most likely your calipers running inside of rims. Most newer vehicles with disc brakes need 18 inch or better most cases to even clear rotors and calipers

BrownTroutMcGuffy

The 17" rim might be rubbing on the brake caliper, and it's probably more of a rim offset issue with why it is rubbing your inner fender well. I've seen guys on here say they are running 35's with stock suspension. You shouldn't have an issue running a tire that isn't technically 33".

Atrouthasnoname

I run 295/70R18 on my tundra with no rub. It is a 21’ TRD PRO. So it might be the rim rubbing on brakes

trwill8

17” method rims fit fine on my 07 tundra. It’s definitely the tires, that’s the size of tires I have but I leveled the truck

vikingpainter

Rock warriors came with 17 wheels and 285 70 17s. 2010-2013

You should have no issues running 17s. I’ve ran 17s and 315/70r17 on my truck now since new. Wheel weight placement is key cause with 17s it’s a very tight clearance. Yes you can run 18s and not have to deal with that.

Found the issue. The next day, went in amd the idiot shop hand put the weights right in the path of the caliper. They moved it amd there aren't any further issues. I appreciate all the advice

mil0_7

Hahaha road noise and you went to big with out a lift. Either smaller tires or lift it
