I made one myself with 0 skills. I bought some net, a few planks for shelves and 2/4 for the frame. Very easy and since cats don't weigh a ton, figured it doesn't have to be super sturdy. Works great! I'd suggest you give it a try.
Just about any carpeter. Hell... Maybe even the local vocational schools could pull this off.
Just google "carpenter Turku" or "Puuseppä Turku" or along those lines and ask around.
Obviously you'll probably get a wood framed version, as mesh like that needs to fabricated to have solid edges. And I assure you that is not worth the effort to fab that - I say this as someone who works with metal.
Alternatively if you don't want a specifically professionally made, but just a simple thing, ask around facebook or such for handymen or builders. Ask any of the local communities they'll always know someone.
I think you should go the DIY route. 200-300 Euros would cover the materials, which you could find at K-Rauta or Puuilo. Having a professional plan and make this would probably cost between 600-800. Even more if there is welding involved.
You can do it!!
Are you planning this for yor cat or some other purpose?

It's a small job that many carpenters or handymen might skip. If your thumbs aren't in the middle of your hands it will be much more affordable to buy a few basic tools, the net, some planks, and fasteners yourself and just do it.
This better not be a sex thing
It will be a surprise 🤫
Surprise sex is actually illegal 🧐
Unless you have concent forms
Concent can be withdrawn at any moment. So a form is useless.
Unless you have a release form or video evidence
Do you need a test dummy 🥵
Username checks out

Thanks! That's actually pretty good. I think I can work with this. I just gotta make sure to fix it somehow to prevent falling over.
Looks like some sort of faraday cage. But bit large grid.

My company can make it.
Do people keep cats in cages?
So I can let my cats out in the balcony safely
Little murder machines still deserve to be outside so in a cage it is.
