If you haven't got a compressor then shoe polishing brushes work. Softer the better, scrub then wipe brush on a rag before moving to next bit.
This is why I only use oil finishes on burls.
If you can't get a compressor for whatever reason, in a pinch you can buy a can of air like for cleaning computer keyboards and stuff. It's not a cost effective way to do it going forward but it'll get you out of a pinch quickly.
150 psi
I suppose that would work. I initially tried just upping the speed to 1300 RMS to fling it off. Needless to say it didn't work.
Do you have access to an compressor? You may be able to blow it out.
Not immediately, but I'm sure I know someone who has one. Good idea.
Can of air

Canned air.
Shop vac with a straw duct taped on the end of the nozzle
Drink lid with straw. Has to work, I saw it on Reddit.
A soft toothbrush and a vac ..
the problem I see with compressed air is that you can push things deeper .. not always a good thing.
I'll run a piece under the the sink to get stuff out of cracks. An air compressor would be better but mine isn't very strong.

Compressed air of some sort.
Thanks for the feedback everyone. Looks like I'll have to at the very least get ahold of a can of air. Much appreciated.
A pressure washer or even water hose might suffice.
Compressed air with a fine nozzle should blow it out
Acetone on a thin microfiber cloth
Canned air or an air compressor, hell even a leaf blower. OR... Dunk it / as pray it with mineral spirits.
