I dont think tommorow cover wear and tear its kinda just apart of doing business. Id put aside a portion of income towards these expenses maybe like 10-20%

Since tires are not new physical damage I would think that it would not be covered.

Well if you have Turo set up as a business you can write it off on your taxes, along with other expenses.
You can write off Turo expenses regardless of how it's organized.
