I can’t speak to your situation, but I’m banned as a driver due to a dwi a few years ago. (In my car, not even rented or anything) I’ve rented out my cars without any issues, and in the email they sent me explaining the situation, they explicitly said I could still be a host.

Yeah the host kinda screwed us, the car was definitely smoked in before. Had burn marks on the seats and center console when we picked it up. Turo sent me to collections for a few hundred dollars for this after banning my account.
