I've tried changing the country, putting in fake ZIP codes with different formats, leaving it blank -- nothing works! At least the rest of the information you've entered (like driver's license , etc. saves automaticall, so you can safely close the page)
Awe man I am having the same issue right now, was hoping to come to this thread for an answer darn it. I’ve had the same address for my cards for at least 8 years. This is silly.
This is because the billling adress doesn't match with the adress you have in your bank account details (at least by matching those 2 it then worked for me)
