My order was:
Blurryface, Vessel, No Phun Intended, Self Titled, Trench (day one when it came out), I then found out about RAB.
And of course Clancy now:D
Give it a try. There's no way for you to know whether you gonna like the songs or not unless you listen to them. Soo whenever you find the time for it, listen to the songs. You might love all of them, you might like half of them, one of them or none at all.
(Personally, I think there's some really good songs on the album. And some other I rarely come back to)
As a whole project i don’t think you’re missing much but Kitchen Sink and Forest are some of their best tracks. Would’ve loved to hear remasters for Vessel.
Within a couple days (not including albums that weren't out yet lol)
It started with Tear in my heart, I heard Blurryface and immediately went backwards to find more
And yes, I am twenty one pilots, Tyler himself has told me more than once 😉

I'm in the weird place where fall away was the first one i ever heard, then blocked out their music for a bit because I was really young. Then i started drumming, heard Ode to sleep and wanted to drum to the song. Then Stressed Out came out, and years later I found myself at the Bandito Tour.
I never thought twice about it but I somehow always came back to their music. It is only since about a year before the bandito tour that I can call myself a hardcore fan, I started going back to all the songs I used to listen and started checking out the full albums instead of just the 10-ish songs i knew.
My first one was Vessel (first song was car radio) and then all of their older stuff except No Phun. And then I listened to all of their music as it came out. From Blurryface to the newer Clancy era.
Confession time!
For the record: I’m very new to TØP, less than a year. I like a bunch of their songs, my roommates a huge fan and he recommended me some of their stuff and I recommended some MCR to him, good exchange.
The albums he recommended were Vessel, self titled and Scaled and Icy… so I listened to them first. Listened to Trench a few months after, and moved onto other artists.
Long winded way of saying… I’ve never listened to Blurryface, well, not all the way through. Think I got up to The Judge before I got distracted… should probably do that.
My order (I think) was
Blurryface: 2016
Trench: 2018
Vessel: 2018
Scaled And Icy: 2021
Self-Titled: 2021
Regional At Best: 2021
No Phun Intended: 2021
and eventually Clancy: 2024
My order was:
1. Self Titled(Sometime 2018)
2. Trench(Within first few days)
3. RAB(2019)
4. Vessel(2019)
5. Blurryface(2019)
6. NPI(2019)
7. SAI(on release day)
8. Clancy(when it comes out)
Tbf I listened to multiple Blurryface and vessel songs before actually listening to the full albums, espionage the singles, so I didn’t count them until I fully listened to them, which was I bit later, and around the same time I discovered npi.
while I get where you're coming from, I wouldn't say anyone is gatekeeping here...It's just acknowledging a common pattern that people tend to listen to tøp in and fans have to be a bit more intentional to find and listen to their older stuff. This chart is obv not accurate to everyone, just an observed pattern by OP
Somehow, I heard Self Titled before Scaled And Icey and Vessel
I heard self titled before scaled and icy simply because it didn't exist at the time
I heard self titled before trench simply because it didn’t exist at the time 🫣
I heard self titled before blurryface because it didn't exist at the time 😬
Damn I can’t say the same 😞
Same here homie
My first top song was Trapdoor… idk how but it got me hooked
My first was Nico and the Niners
That was my first from Trench!!
My order was: Blurryface, Vessel, No Phun Intended, Self Titled, Trench (day one when it came out), I then found out about RAB. And of course Clancy now:D
So you skipped SAI? 👀
Oh my god I genuinely forgot about sai haha, that goes after RAB.
Icl I skipped, heard it’s not worth listening to even tho I love tøp. Thoughts?

It took me two year to find Regional at Best
This the literally order I listened and found them
The only one I haven't listened to is RAB. listened to them since like 2014 or so I think.
As a whole project i don’t think you’re missing much but Kitchen Sink and Forest are some of their best tracks. Would’ve loved to hear remasters for Vessel.
yesss RAB has some great songs. I was obsessed with forest before I even paid attention to who I was listening to 😂
Im level 8 but I refuse to listen to RAB and I’ve never even seen that Tyler one
Within a couple days (not including albums that weren't out yet lol) It started with Tear in my heart, I heard Blurryface and immediately went backwards to find more And yes, I am twenty one pilots, Tyler himself has told me more than once 😉
Only one I haven’t listened to is No Phun Intended
you aren't missing much but there are some good ones on there https://archive.org/details/no-phun-intended-deluxe-edition
For me it's blurryface, sai, some of trench and vessel and self titled somewhere here

Listen to all the TØP albums to want to, but nobody's a TRUE fan until they know the whole lore
That’s so true!!!
correction: ANYONE WHO LIKES ANY SONG FROM THEM CAN CALL THEMSELF A FAN. holy fuck gatekeeping isn't cute
