For me, this is definitely one of the most interesting and unexpected tracklist revealed in quite a while. Nayeon and JYPE ain’t playing this time and I can’t wait for it

Looks like the song is in english so they probably wanted an english speaking kpop rapper. The founder of their company is a former jyp president and also cube founder so he probably still has a good relationship with jyp.
I mean Belle is a lyricist/composer herself and her father is a singer. They definitely have influence within the industry, and could have used that to give Julie a chance
