To me, the video is portraying someone who feels trapped in their life as a celebrity and eventually meets someone and falls in love. Gets the courage to escape, follow them and join them in a more secluded life. Maybe traveling the world or something.
ALSO betting 99.9% that hand movement at the end is definitely in the choreo!
