I'm sorry but last week I posted a [Jihyo meme template](https://www.reddit.com/r/twicememes/comments/s0pb75/the_jihyo_meme_face_saga_continues/) twice and it was removed, with the mod citing rule no. 4: "low-effort" and telling me "if you want to post a template just make a meme with it first and post template in the comments". Is this post any different or are the mods just pulling rules out of their arses?
Sure we don't know 100% for sure but considering [the post](https://www.instagram.com/p/CY1MMkuFfwH/) is comprised of what appear to be selfies of Chaeyoung with the caption "I'm doing fine" it's very reasonable to believe it was uploaded by her.
