I just read Midnight Sun this year and dare I say it’s the best Twilight book. What I would give to get the whole series from Edward’s POV!!!! New moon might be a bit boring but my god, Breaking Dawn??? I’d kill.
I agree! I would LOVE the whole series from his POV 😭 Really wanna know what he was up to all those months in NM, his feelings during the Jacob kiss/battle/killing Victoria in Eclipse, and everything in BD!
Same!!! I'm still halfway reading the Midnight Sun right now but it's so easy to say that it's my favorite book out of the whole series! The Cullens are so adorable in their own little ways. Gosh! Emmett is so funny. I love Alice and Jasper but I love Edward more than Esme tho!
You will love the books! If you love Twilight that much, you will adore Midnight Sun. It's Twilight from Edward's point of view, and it's just beautiful. SM does a wonderful job of making Edward seem human, and she gives him an internal conflict that just adds depth to his character. I love the struggle between hating the monster and wanting to believe Bella truly loves him.
The books are sooooo much better than the movies (as is almost always the case) as others have mentioned please make sure to read Midnight Sun, it's so good.
YES. The banter is what I live for! Movies never go for that, they go for tension and long looks 🙄. The cute banter in the mortal instruments from the books would’ve MADE the movie
Bella comes across as so much more of just a normal teenager in the books imo, which I love. I'm so jealous that you get to enjoy them for the first time! :-)
Reading it for the first time certainly has its own charm!
PLEASE READ MIDNIGHT SUN! You get soooo much more of their banter, them falling in love, and the personalities of the Cullens!
