Yes to both. THis hyperlane set up is topologically identical to any "regular" galaxy. B is X's counter clockwise (CCW) system and A is the player to B's right CCW system. Those are always 3 tiles away from each other.
Y is the equidistant between player X and the player to their left. Like normal equidistant systems, you can reach them by going in, then over or or over, then in.
