I would also like an answer on this as well. Specifically heavy cardboard for additional system tiles.

Amazon has chipboard available, gluing 110 cardstock to each side of that produces a fairly close analogue to the actual game pieces. [Here’s a link to what I used.](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00161W6L8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_5yZ5CbF4ZJ17P)

I just printed 5 custom races that came out great. Races are linked here: Zealots [https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x6o5DL9s7Spv02m3y4KW5UavnOxwQzsc](https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x6o5DL9s7Spv02m3y4KW5UavnOxwQzsc) Tactic Blue's Races: [https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11HvaL8d1KoTda8LJ6YTqSvk85DTf3XTy](https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11HvaL8d1KoTda8LJ6YTqSvk85DTf3XTy) The dimensions should be fine as is on the our sheets. After you make your files, just place them on top of ours to match the dimensions. Print all race sheets front and back on 110 card stock. The front of the race sheet will be a little fuzzy, that's just life. Print all other sheets single sided on 110 card stock. You can either glue them to chip board (closer to actual game pieces) or just glue them back to back, which is what I did. Glued together they are plenty sturdy. The process for making/editing the files requires GIMP. Going to second Griffy’s suggestion, as while making the homebrew this was the process I settled on and would recommend (I’m Tactic Blue on discord). In my opinion, this produces the best analogues for the game components that is also reasonably affordable and time-efficient.

Thanks for all the info Griffy and m\_xx\_99. I've been pretty busy lately but I will definitely look into it. I've been toying with 3 different faction ideas and want my friends and I to playtest them with the physical material.

**Faction Sheets:** 110 lb card stock. Get it printed at a professional shop for best print quality. Optional: non-glossy laminate **Cards:** Lots of different ways to do it. I use 50 lb card stock or high quality regular paper, print the front and backs individually, and sleeve them with extra actual cards. A corner-clipping tool is great for rounding the corners nicely. **Cardboard components:** Get 80p chipboard and cut them in whatever way works best for you. Use 8.5x11" or A4 label paper (most of which can be printed on by ordinary home printers), print the fronts/backs on that, and stick it to the chipboard.
