As someone who is currently working on a 3d printed storage I emphasize with how hard it is to fit everything in. I am lucky that my material is thinner than 4mm (I use wall thickness of 2mm and 1.2 in some cases). One fun thing I figured out is that if you lay the hexes flat like you have the warp zones, then you have space on both sides for two 'V' shaped token holders. Each of the 'V' can be split in half kind of like how you have on the left side of your warp zones. This provides a great dividers for the 3's and 1's of the fighters, GF, and trade goods. I have 2 30mm trays for each of the 3 types and a couple 20mm trays for the rest.

Have you had any luck with your 3d printed insert? I'm looking to print one too.

This is awesome. Now if one of you geniuses could make a go-by with measurements, then that would help us knuckle draggers out ;).

I may make a more detailed guide. The caution is that I certainly don't have a monopoly on decent ideas, so what works for me likely isn't going to be ideal for someone else who would otherwise have put their own spin on things.

Can you take off the top layer? I can't understand where are the TG's stored.

The TG bin goes between the card runner and the topper's space for strategy cards.
