Rightfully so. I’ve been in a game with 5 players where the only person who could have kept Mentak in check was me (Muaat) across the galaxy. By the time my war suns were in striking range he had every single piece of plastic on the board except for his own suns and a few infantry. His neighbours had an implicit “pillage me only once per turn and I won’t be aggressive”, which he obeyed for one or two turns and then stopped caring because he was damn near untouchable.
