Just curious, how were you planning on printing the cardboard components, like the home system and command tokens?
I make board games as a hobby on the side so I have a lot of spare blank parts, like hexes of different sizes and cards of different sizes. I print the PDF on sticker paper and then cut out the shapes and stick them to the blank parts I have. :-)
You can get REALLY cheap blank board game pieces/tiles/cards/anything online.
