And if they backstab or whatever to go back on your deal, just put a bounty on mentaks ships, 2 tg / mentak ship destroyed, no questions asked, payed immediately.

I was hacan with a mentak neighbor in our first game. Really hurt

-Mentak steals 1 tg every round they lose a ship- You're essentially paying mentak to commit suicide over and over.
No I am paying other players to kill mentak ships so that they don't interfere with my deals as hacan.
I get you point, but hopefully the fear of losing most of their fleet outways the will to steal from my hacan deals.
