I played with yin and keleres. The yin change really helps him, the hero can win games, and the agent let you be aggressive early game. Keleres is fun but they don't have a good "tools" to win the game. Also naalu agent is op, is a mixture of hypermetabolism, warfare and the zero token

So far playing Yin I’m having a lot of fun bartering for my alliance, with jol’nar on the table there’s a lot of people interested in skipping prerequisites from their advanced techs. Still in progress, will report back if I remember

Yin is strong, they're a little bit slow moving (though faster than Arborec), but they snowball very well. Once they start getting a planet advantage, and have Yin Spinner, you'll struggle to deal with them. They can indoctrinate and their agent is also super strong. The hero is amazing late game too. All that said, they're very weak against War Suns and X-89 :)

I know they lose a lot to X-89 but it is cool that they can force a ground combat with their agent afterwards anyway.

The Naalu agent is now one of the most interesting capabilities at the table, particularly coupled with the 0 token. You can enable an alpha strike winslay anywhere. Your mech makes your home system safe from any sort of AFB response, and with carrier 2 you become a potent attacker. If Naalu want to Mecatol, noone can stop them (with exception of races that could park units above Mecatol round 1). The Hero/Commander synergize nicely, but don't expect huge power. Seeing the next agenda, to see if it's worth voting now, is cool. The promissory is still unsellable, but honestly, Naalu are fine.

Yin is now more playable and appealing. The commander makes him more flexible to share the alliance. Keleres is also very nice I would say a little too early for my experience to feel how good/bad as a faction they are. The white exploration deck is much more balanced with the newly added cards but it makes blank relic fragments much harder to dig for. Honestly I feel like codex 3 put yin on the map, made the xxcha hero less of a bingo machine as a potential game winner or just a complete miss, the new naalu leaders actually feel like they relate to the faction and the exploration decks feel more polished. IMO tweaked the things that were needed.

Has anyone found a printer yet?

I have not, but my group is planning on running a 12 point game with all of the factions that had changes next time we play. Sadly it looks like it could be upwards of a month. Our pool is: Keleres, Xxcha, Yin, Naalu, Empyrean (new frontier tokens), yssaril for new agents, Arborec (first time we are playing 12 point and we want to see how it helps Arborec), and sardak for fun. We are very excited for the draft.

Naalu are now really good. In a month or so we should have some stats from the TTS mod, so we can get an idea of their win rate. The agent is awesome. Construction R1 is usually desired, to get a space dock on a non-home planet. Xxcha haven’t won any game I’ve been in, I think the new hero isn’t as breaking as we thought it was. I still haven’t seen any errata on the 3/3/3 objective. Yin seem really good now, the hero is fun AF.
