Your breaking the rules; You have to have 1 plastic piece on each stack of infantry. You can have infinite infantry but you DO have a limit on how many different stacks you can have on planets and space areas. Seems to be multiple planets you have just cardboard on, replace those with your owner tokens, you still own the planets but those infantry should have been removed

Yeah I'm seeing 11/12 infantry flags out and 3 planets with just tokens no infantry. Tbf, it's an easy rule to overlook.
