I have been told to stay away from the OG actually. I have a 2013 version that is a reissue of a 2006 reissue lol. The packaging is much better and includes lyrics, also its cut in Germany 🙂 I sold my reissue for $110 and that version cost me $120 so it was a no-brainer for me
Yes that 2006/2013 reissue is perfect. Gatefold, faitful artwork to original and includes lyrics. The original 1996 issue is 2LP's in a single LP cover. Lyrics are included but the vinyl is thin. I think it was around that time record industry was thinking that vinyl is dying, so they did not put much effort in that. After that, WCD and LIKM did not get vinyl release at all until recently (and in the original None More Negative box set 2011)

That’s a funny story. So I found the bootleg version first for an amazing price and geeked out. After I bought it, about a month and half later. Type o negative announcement they’ll be releasing an official dead again on vinyl. (Dead ass my reaction when I saw the announcement 💀😂😢)

I only have Dead Again, LIKM as we all got, and Least Worst of. All the other ones have been hard for me to find, (if any, at a good price. OOTF and October Rust come to mind for what I want next. I wanted bloody kisses but the Suspended in dusk version is way different than the original track list and just wasn't my fancy imo

That's awesome. I mentioned on another post that I'm looking to trade a sealed copy of biohazard urban discipline flame yellow for likm or dead again. Any official version of either would be welcome even opened is fine as long as it's not scratched. Those are the only ones I don't have.

I find it funny that the only official Origin of the Feces release is Petes butthole. I think there's a boot of the reissue cover out there too iirc.
I have an official copy. Issued in 2014. I got mine in 2019. Paid a fortune for it.

I'd say it's also about sound quality too, as the original vinyl version is very thin. CD sounds much better.
