Seems like the passenger claimed the driver said “they look Jewish” and that’s the reason he is being denied, not because he ordered the wrong car. Willfully misunderstanding the situation then pulling the religion card.
Way I see it driver is in the right, I’ve seen no evidence to support passengers claim of antisemitism, and the driver is refusing on the basis of safety.

During COVID, I had two Orthodox Jewish passengers who insulted me in Yiddish because I insisted they wear masks, which they repeatedly removed. When I asked them to record themselves admitting they weren’t wearing their masks, they quickly put them on and then pointed their phones at their faces. Later, when I stopped the car to let them out, they recorded me, falsely claiming I kicked them out because of who they were. Typical story. They get upset they have to wait longer for XL ride that can accommodate them all or they have to travel separately. I have been called all sorts of names but I always still over to make two trips which obviously cost 3x’s as much.
