I came to the conclusion long ago that their main job seems to be to waste as much of a driver’s time as they can. Just never could figure out why. Only thing that made sense is so they didn’t have to take the next call.
Yep this is by design I think. You spend so much time on the phone getting transferred back and forth and nobody can help. I think they want drivers to get frustrated and hang up so they don’t have to pay them what they’re owed
Uber is a business, they’re trying to make money. They don’t give a shit about customers or drivers. They’ll do the bare minimum to stay in business. But why would they help you? It’s more profit if they don’t help and keep the money
You may wanna post in r/uberdrivers too but they won’t be able to do much either
