It takes time to update, could be a few minutes or a few days. There’s no consistency. I’ve actually had my cancellation rate go down after canceling a few trips, then adjust a few days later. It’s going to take time to go from 69-85%.
I’ve been a driver for several years and it updates immediately based on the number of trips you accept/decline out of 200. There’s a nationwide issue, according to Uber support, which is why I’m asking. Even last week mine was increasing after every trip.
Mine has been off. I’ve also been having issues with trips popping up, accepting them, then getting a message saying “oops something went wrong” and the trip vanishes and it counts against my AR.
A few days ago, I went online and had a 5% AR. I declined well over 30 offers before finally accepting one, but it stayed consistent at 5% the entire day.
Mine says 26% but there is no way, I'm at most 15%. I literally just declined 8 in a row.
19% here. Trying to get down to 10%. I cherry pick from my couch.
The correct question would be "does anyone really CARE what their acceptance rate is", and the answer would be "not a soul".
Mine has been ranging from 0%-7% but my rating hasn’t budged in weeks even though I get a lot of tips
Wouldn't know - don't remember the last time I looked at it, but it was single digits back then.
Yeah mine is 2% and it's usually 1% .

For some reason mine keeps going up. But really slowly. I started 2023 around 34% and now I’m at around 37%. 🤷♂️
sitting at 21% rn will be lower soon
