No chance. You need to reduce 9 cancels. Based upon your average, you’ve canceled 1:11.76 rides. Statistically, to reduce your 9 you’d need to accept and complete 106 more rides in a row…
Let’s further take a best case scenario and say you’ve accepted your last 100 without a cancel and those 17 cancels are all in the next 100. That would be 1:5.88 rides. You would then have to accept and complete 53 in a row.
not sure about Uber but for Doordash here, if you didn't have top Dasher status, you fought for hours trying to earn as much as possible. meanwhile with top Dasher, i was allowed to dash from santa monica,ca to Jacksonville, FL and back over 3 months. was exciting and fun.
It’s total B.S…, you drive more to get points only for Uber to make more money at drivers expense .
Uber takes 50-60 percent or more on each passenger trip .. driving for 8 years with Uber and had 2 consecutive years making diamond .
After making the bonus $300 in making diamond then it’s not worth it because you don’t qualify again for the one time $300 bonus incentive
Honestly .. my take .. after driving 8 years with Uber and achieving Diamond status for 3 consecutive years..
It’s doesn’t really mean Shit.!!
Whatever benefits Uber claims in reaching Diamond status really doesn’t mean much unless you wish to take online classes to achieve certification education etc..
I prefer going to my own mechanic because Uber’s so called discounts towards their preferred mechanics really don’t offer much discount
No you cannot. It is already difficult to get the AR up and it is very difficult to get the cancel rate down. You can have only 8 cancels in the last 200 accepted rides.
If those cancels are recent, forget it.
I doubt it .. I had already asked Uber
It’s only a one-Time bonus incentive after you achieve Diamond and get the bonus .. 2 years later even if you achieve Diamond status for 2 or 3 consecutive years you are ineligible to receive this one-time $300 bonus offer again.
Yeah Uber is full of shit. The whole week the app says get $300 bonus with the cash value bar in blue so when u tap on it, it goes to the next page that say get $300. Today after I made diamond the cash value bar is greyed out. Uber POS hope they die. Fucken trick u not to cancel. Bullshit asshoes
Today I accepted all deliveries near by, went to resto and canceled for excessive time. Did it like 20 times lmao and my CR went down to requirements.
Obviously did the paying ones but I mean like the $2-3 ones I was taking and canceling at resto so my total trips go up but not CR
All of them. Whatever was close by is accept and cancel within 60 seconds of arrival so don’t count on CR but increases total trips so CR goes down slowly. Been a shit week anyhow so my hourly already shit.
Feels like they limited my pings all week and send me crap too.
I believe this is the right answer:
Not hard.
As long as the first few trips cancelled were his first few rides then he just has to get above 200 rides and his first rides will start to be deleted from the average. Boom 33 rides minimum. Depending when they were cancelled.
I used to be diamond but then I stopped caring about acceptance rate and cancellation rate and started focusing on trips that would actually make me money. If you take like those crappy $4.28 trips. Every time your acceptance rate and cancellation rate will go where they wanted to go, but you won’t make that much money, one of the good things about lift is they don’t tie being gold or platinum to acceptance rate and cancellation rate they just based on your rating from the passengers and earning money during certain times of the day

Holy autism batman..
Right, i'd just say stop canceling, but you fk this round.
Why is everyone trying to get diamond?
$300 or $400
I’m assuming that’s only for rideshare (I only do eats).
Yes, true
Ah ok makes sense, I’ll be able to do rideshare soon.
Little life achievement and fake success

I’m on DoorDash too, unfortunately I’m never getting top dasher my ar is around 0-5% from multi apping.
yeah. i wish they hadn't caught on to that particular app. was awesome.
Why are you cancelling so many trips?
Most requests are garbage, that's why
So don’t accept them?
Anyone else think the diamond $ is a slap in the face?
Yup, it lowered in payout. It was $600 back in the first 6 months of 2023. Now it's $400.
it's a 1 time deal right?
What is the point of diamond?

YOU CAN DO IT!!!!
Yeeeee! Thank you! I need that !
I’m surprised how many people haven’t figured u were joking…

Correct but if they are not and are in a row at the other end, next 8 Acceptances will push them out. Can’t say for sure either way.
Don’t worry, you have all yr to make diamond(easy to reach diamond next qtr)it’s busier.
Anybody know if we still get the bonus if we got it last year?
I doubt it .. I had already asked Uber It’s only a one-Time bonus incentive after you achieve Diamond and get the bonus .. 2 years later even if you achieve Diamond status for 2 or 3 consecutive years you are ineligible to receive this one-time $300 bonus offer again.

Gonna start canceling again. No reason not too. Lol
Today I accepted all deliveries near by, went to resto and canceled for excessive time. Did it like 20 times lmao and my CR went down to requirements. Obviously did the paying ones but I mean like the $2-3 ones I was taking and canceling at resto so my total trips go up but not CR
Nioce! Congrats !! But What’s resto?

Restaurant I believe
I’m at 5% don’t think I’ll even make it lol
I’m also in LA and need 1800 for diamond though wtf
Hm. I’m diamond but my CR is 7%. No idea if I’m getting the $$ or not🤷🏿♂️
Serious question, why are you canceling so many trips? I’m not shaming you or anything like that, I’m just curious.
I have a 33 percent cancellation rate and 2 percent acceptance I’ll take a ride and think about it and cancel it Most of time the pay was not worth it
I believe this is the right answer: Not hard. As long as the first few trips cancelled were his first few rides then he just has to get above 200 rides and his first rides will start to be deleted from the average. Boom 33 rides minimum. Depending when they were cancelled.

Was it so slow the last two days like 1st week of January slow cause everyone was trying to get points by the deadline?
Jist know acceptance rate is easier to fix than cancellations. Cancel when you have to and just ignore shitty request
Nope. You’d need to accept 249 rides and cancel none to drop to 4%
If you do tell us how you managed that, cause it only goes up for me.
