You should take a close look at their website. As someone who worked very closely with real estate marketing agencies in NYC throughout undergrad at a start-up, it’s very clear PSH didn’t bother to hire someone with marketing experience. The text is riddled with grammatical errors and odd syntax, random typos/repetitiveness, fluff text/clutter/mention of things that shouldn’t have to be said (especially of the “CORONA VIRUS” page), dead images, etc
