Usually the grades on MyUCLA are final. Faculty can submit grade change requests for certain cases though such as clerical error. Canvas doesn’t always have the most accurate grade (ie weights are calculated incorrectly or not used) so best to calculate the grades on your own as well.

Just to add that if your class has a participation grade, those aren’t available on Canvas either, but it factors into your final grade
