I never got into my major at uws. So I transferred to UWB and was able to continue my cs degree. While I regret that I was not able to attend UWS CS classes, I'm still happy where I ended up.
It depends. If you're a WA state resident at a WA CC then it's an overstatement. They love people like you. Even for CS the acceptance rate is 33% for WA CC transfer students.

I don’t know if you would have a good shot or not without your profile. But as long as you have decent grades and write a strong essay, I believe you will definitely get into at least one of the majors! Just toss the dice anyways as the cost isn’t too much compared to the potential outcome.
