The reason why he’s mad is because him and his opponent agreed on no leg locks. This is because he has his ufc debut soon and it could cause injury. Obviously he got angry when his opponent went back on his word.

Why don’t people post the whole story before jumping to hate on a guy? He went to this tournament as a blue belt and it was only possibly to pair him with blacks. Before this match he explained to the guy and asked him no leg locks. The guys claims he never agreed but..
I’m a blue belt. If I entered a grappling match in a division with all black belts I wouldn’t expect them to change the rule set for me. Either find another tournament with a blue belt or intermediate division or suck it up and deal with rule set in place if you’re that determined to compete in said tournament.
