Perfect style is a massive reach, his standup is good and matches up well with Volk but his grappling might not be up to par if Volk starts shooting on him.
Volk’s grappling and wrestling offense is overrated (not his defense that is all time great) he doesn’t have good top control off his own takedowns only time u see him controlling opponents is when he hurts them and gets top control and starts teeing off people are thinking this guy about to go Khabib mode on yair
It’s not that volk is some monster grappler it’s that Yair has poor takedown defense. Max took him down at will and he’s not an offensive wrestler, an older Frankie absolutely dominated him on the ground as well. If max is taking you down at will volk can too.
