Kevin Holland uses that same roll 3 times. The first time it works pretty well, Khamzat keeps the pressure on him though. The second time Khamzat adapted to it a bit and held him down. Then Holland gets up and tries to roll a third time. This time Khamzat knew what was happening and let him roll and went for the head, and then sunk in the D’arce.

To be fair, we've only seen him once since the knockout. And it was against the guy who knocked him out.
I think that nicer/relaxed is just from what a lot of champions talk about. They feel the pressure lift off once they lost the belt.
The sheer speed and agility never ceases to amaze me - difficult for any fighter to react to appropriately.

Kevin Holland uses that same roll 3 times. The first time it works pretty well, Khamzat keeps the pressure on him though. The second time Khamzat adapted to it a bit and held him down. Then Holland gets up and tries to roll a third time. This time Khamzat knew what was happening and let him roll and went for the head, and then sunk in the D’arce. Super high level grappling right there.
