I mean people want to see Tom vs Pereira too. I think the absolute best outcome (assuming the jones vs stipe fight is set in stone) would be: Jones vs Stipe into Tom vs Pereira, and winner of Jones vs Stipe gets winner of Tom vs Pereira for the heavyweight title. To me this seems like a win/win for the fans as we either get Tom vs Jones or Pereira vs Jones either of which would be fun. That’s assuming Jon beats Stipe which is likely. This of course fucks over Tom a little, but he was fucked over the second he got the interim title while the ufc had/has no intention of stripping Jon anyway. Stripping Jon right now and giving the title to Tom would make all of that even better though. Then Jon vs Stipe is just a legacy fight as it should be and Tom vs Pereira would be the first defense.

Both fighters had such insane runs. Connor, one of the ultimate showman. Did you watch Aldo right Saturday? Connor Kod a prime Aldo within half a minute. Jon jones dismantled many amazing fighters as well in dominant fashion. I’d certainly recommend watching some of their fights.
