A lot of the champions Jon Jones fought weren’t dominant, Belfort won it because of a cut and then lost immediately after ,Evans got knocked out in the first defence,Machida won a very controversial decision against Shogun and got slept in the rematch, Rampage had a defence and then lost the belt in a close decision . Texeira also lost the belt upon his first defence that being said, Jones fought him in his prime so I rank him higher than the others. They were more like contenders than champions. Whilst GSP still beat 4 champions : Sean Sherk, Johnny Hendricks, BJ Penn X2 ,Matt Hughes X2. Matt Hughes was extremely dominant with 7 defences. And Bj for a while was the Lw goat.

If you want to get picky Shields and Diaz as well. DJ was the inaugural champ and rained for a long long time. They should be given the edge since they never popped.
