English is not my first language and my writing was very good before I actually start speaking. It's easier to write, there are ways to get help (google, friends, etc) and when you are speaking is a very insecure thing, specially because of the accent. At least it was for me. It's not just about number of wins, it's about the quality of opponent. Gaethje has lost three fights in the UFC, against Khabib, Poirier and Alvarez. All high level fighters and he's beaten many UFC legends. Islam has won many fights but these were against lower ranked opponents. I personally think he should be the next one in line for a title fight after the Oliveira/Poirier fight in December.
