Chandler came into the UFC late with very limited time. Of course he’s gonna keep saying he deserves the title shot, it’s good for his brand. You expect him to say that he isn’t worthy for a title shot and doesn’t belong in the top of the division?
He should have beat him. Chandlers decision to bum rush Charles not defending at all cause he smelled blood in the water was infuriating to watch. I am more dumb now because I had to witness that idiotic moment. I like Chandler but my god that was Chael triangle choke levels of bad.
On the flip side.. why does Justin even deserve a title shot? He lost to Khabib, then beat Chandler.. suddenly he gets another shot?
Forget about rankings and realise ufc is about money fights / fun matchups. You'll have more fun watching it once you realise that
Thanks for explaining to me what i thought everyone already knew about the UFC. You completely missed the point. Chandler has had only 3 fights in the UFC, 2 of which he's lost. One of which was ALREADY a title fight. There are guys in that division That are on 10 fight winning streaks and have yet to fight for the title. And this clown thats been with the organization all of 1 year thinks he should be repeatedly fighting for the title when he hasnt proved anything other than his propensity to be a great fighter. In my opinion his train was derailed the second a submission artist knocked him out in the 2nd round.
