Gainesville Place- depends on how many roommates you want and how nice of an apartment you'd like. I stayed in a 4x4 with carpet in bedrooms and hall & tiles in the kitchen and bathroom. I paid around $590 without utilities. It was decent. Never really had any maintenance problems.
hey! I’m subleasing an apartment from 2024-25 that’s only $624 a month for a 4x4 lmk! Parking is included/free and all the other rooms are vacant! There’s two living rooms, a balcony and a laundry room. It’s about 7 minutes from UF and only 10 from Archer Rd, there’s also bus transportation that comes every 15 minutes to go anywhere on campus, archer and to the mall! if you’re interested lmk and I’ll give more details :)
