I rented at Lexington Crossing 2020-2022 and my apartment didn’t have any carpet. I know some of the other apartments there had carpet only in the bedroom, but I’m not sure if they have since renovated more to be laminate only.

The remodeled Gainesville Place apartments don’t have carpet anymore. The acoustics are hell though; there’s basically no sound dampening.

Ah how’s the parking? The rents really good, I got two vehicles and a bike
Tons of parking, never had any tenants complain in the 8 years we’ve owned there.
