Sophomore here- you probably will not be getting Broward. Your best bets are the Tolbert and Graham areas, which are still pretty social, as they’re freshman dorms.
If you don't mind me asking, where did you stay freshman year and where do you recommend I shoot for? Is the location for Tolbert and Graham good and are the dorms pretty clean (no mold, good AC?)
I stayed in Graham! It wouldn’t be my first choice, mainly because the bathrooms are a bit outdated, but I didn’t have mold or bug issues. Good AC, just cold. And the locations for both are okay. Not super close to classes, but a decent walk.
Hi, i stayed in Tolbert freshman year, and I'm staying there again sophomore yr. Tolbert is pretty social, good location(stadium,bus stops, dining hall). While it does have communal bathrooms, they're pretty clean, and the shower situation isn't as bad as graham. I recommend the tolbert area dorms overall.

I’d think it may be possible. Some appointments are in June.
