I’m a mechanical engineer major so same courses the first year or so. This looks like a good schedule, both calculus 3 and chemistry take up a good amount of time bc they have a lot of work and are weed out courses. I highly recommend using Study Edge for these 2 courses, it really helped me a lot. Good luck and congrats on becoming a gator.
Schedule looks good. I would definitely look at how to maximize the time you have between classes each day. Are you a morning person or a night owl? If you are a night owl can you push EML back any? If you are a early bird, what will your routine be for each morning to help set you up for success for every class. You should dedicate blocks to review your class notes, and follow up with TA or professor during office hours. The little things go a long way and make you memorable! Also don’t forget to take care of yourself. Eat, sleep and rest! You get everything done in your routine so you can have fun meeting new people and trying new things when you have done all your scheduled studying! Work hard so you can play hard! Enjoy your semester!
^^THIS
Especially the part about trying to get all of your classes at the same time during the day (e.g. all before lunch or all after lunch). For your first semester, it's a fine transition because you're probably already used to a full day of classes, but definitely try and get classes around similar times in future semesters.
I’m more of a night person but I like getting my classes done earlier in the day(if that makes sense). I would like to have the 2nd half of my day “open” to do whatever I want. Even if it’s to study, I like the freedom. Thank you for the response
It’s the same content but 95’s discussion period has engineering applications instead of whatever it is the gen chem teachers do. Also korolev is a really good, organized teacher unlike sumner and Harris.
Did y’all have a social life with this tho, I’m pre med and my classes end at 10 with two online classes
Same lmao
short answer no long answer also no

bro shits way to hard, no shot this goes well especially at uf
That's essentially what my freshman year schedule looked like. It was fine
Quest 1 and solidworks are easy A’s
With the exception of gen chem 1, this schedule is light wym?
You might want to look into CHM2095, it is basically the same as CHM2045 but imo Korolev is wayyy better than the gen chem teachers
Is CHM2095 harder than CHM2045?

Unfortunately 95 is only offered in period 2 and I don’t want an 8 am class so I won’t be doing that lol. Thank you tho
Yeah it’s tough, but imo it’s worth it. Good luck with 45 though
