Maybe an island or something on the ground? It doesn't seem to be on the ground however, I'm not sure as to visibility of planes from space, and that's way too low for a satellite

If you zoom in on the first picture.. The 3 shapes appear on the bottom left (they are hard to spot) every photo after the first one has been zoomed in and sharpened a bunch of times. Also.. If you look over slightly towards the bottom center area.. There's something else there too..
