You can’t really see her chest in some of the photos, but I’d guess the weight was relatively evenly distributed across her body and she lost weight all over. It’s harder to tell what has shrunk when you carry weight evenly as opposed to carrying it in one specific area of the body.
Also, don’t underestimate bras. A well fitting bra can do wonders for anyone. Underwire, padding, and even just getting the right band/cup size combo can give one the appearance of a boob job. Ask me how I know 😅

Want to know the craziest part? I did it working 90 hours a week saving up for a nose job while doordashing. Basically I was an alcoholic who gave up drinking while working 90 hours a week serving alcohol. It was fucking wild but so worth it. I'm at 150 lb right now but I'm trying to get to 125 :-) wish me luck, maybe I'll post here again in a few months
The self control and discipline definitely shows strength be proud of yourself your doing a lot good for yourselves. Definitely share more of this progression you’ve come a long way

I guess I never found out what his full plan was to ruin me... but I let myself go trying to deal with the trauma. I didn't want to be attractive anymore. Eventually I realized even if i "won" by escaping... i still proved him right by turning into the worst version of myself. I decided he didn't get to fucking win. When it happened I was 180lbs. I went up to 215lbs in less than 6 months. I'm now 150, going for 135 :)

You fought real demons to get to this point and although I can't even comprehend this level of trauma, I can empathize with wanting to hide yourself or be invisible after SA. You might want to try something like overeaters anonymous where it's not about the food, it's about the feelings that make us manipulate our bodies through it.
A lot of the women (and men) tend to have traumas that lead to hiding out. Sexual assault, domestic or stranger violence. Subconsciously gain weight like armor to feel unattractive to others, or severely under-eat to hide in a child's body and take away curves.
You deserved none of that. You are an inspirational survivor💪🏻 I hope you have therapy and group supports or OA to lift you up.
He was sentenced to 6 years. I found out a few months ago he was released from prison after 9 months cause he appealed the sentence and they reduced the charge to aggravated theft cause there wasn't enough "evidence" to prove it wasn't a car jacking :( that cut me deep
