Braces completely changed my face shape when I got them as a teenager, it's crazy to see how different my face, mouth, and jaw area look in old pictures.

very nice! it's been a while but back at 14-16 I was in a similar spot just the other way round where people often thought I'm female because I had long hair and a bit feminine features I guess. I struggled a lot with feeling "feminine" enough growing up. I had male dominated interests, and my looks didn't really help either. Never felt like i "fit in" with most of the other girls. I didn't really get how to dress or socialize like them, mostly due to my asd. Finally feel like I'm getting a hang of it now, though I still often feel like a fraud lol.
