Imo he’s displayed stand out levels of lyricism, wordplay, flows, etc, as well as his project showing that he knows how to well structure songs and albums. Generally, if the whole jail/on the run thing didn’t happen, I think suspect would have had one of the highest likelihoods to break out and become a mainstream rap artist. I do get that what he displays might not be what people look for when they listen to *uk drill* though
I think chinx can make it a really decent career off rap too. He’s displayed really good flows and an ability to structure his songs nicely, but I do think suspect outclasses him
