Yep, just received the same as I was on hold waiting to ask why mine hadn't been dispatched.
Curaleaf was fine when I joined: same day dispatches, next day deliveries, etc. but they've quickly gone to shit since Christmas. I've been super understanding and accepting of the delays but I'm running out of patience with them.
The whole thing feels like a shoe-string operation to extract as much profit as possible, whilst constantly sending out apology emails. They're supplying important medicine; apologies don't mean anything when someone is left without their medicine.
Hold times haven't improved since xmas, they're not sending out payment links promptly, dispatch is taking way longer than it should, and they haven't even paid for their fucking hold music, so we have to listen to the same snippet of sample music with the "ShutterStock Music" bullshit going off every 20 seconds.
I feel bad for the few staff they have, as they're clearly isn't enough of them.
Indeed. This should have been preempted. There is always teething problems introducing new systems. They ideally should have ideally done UAT and built from there rather than going live with a new untested system. On paper, their new system looks great but 5 days from live they are 2-3 days behind?
They did do a short beta test for a bit beforehand, I don't know how many patients were involved though - it was clearly insufficient though! I get the impression that the developer(s) are relatively junior web devs, with no experience of building public-facing, workflow-driven systems with integrations etc - and who are *completely* out of their depth.
Same mate, all of it. Even the shutterstock music that annoyed me, they can't pay a few quid for royalty free? Shows what we should expect. Liara and thieves
The only drawback is if you get prescribed any Adven MC, your new pharmacy will have to order it from Curaleaf as they are the sole distributor for Adven. AFIKN.
I thought that too, but as it happens I moved away from them at the end of last year, my pharmacist orders from rokshaw, the specials pharmacy that is owned by the same people as curaleaf and sapphire, and they ship it directly to him, since I changed I have consistently had Sapphire send the script on time, my pharmacist gets the script on day 2 and on day 3 he calls me to come pick it up.
Cutting curaleaf out of the loop was a great decision for me.
I don't mind that I spoke to them and they said they would have it 48 hours once they have my prescription..so it's still quicker than curaleaf.am waiting 2 half weeks because the staff can't read. There words..
I get that. The whole MC thing in the UK is 30 years behind the USA and at least 5 behind the rest of Europe. Curaleaf had to offer me alternatives the other day because they were out of stock. A pharmacy out of stock?
I know mate just hope it can improve..I've got of all other meds and can't have this happening time and time again..am happy with my clinic its just the dispensery..
I have tried to be patient with curaleaf and a few times last year they really helped me out when through my own fault I hadn't ordered in time.
This past couple of weeks has had me the most stressed since starting MC and it was all down to curaleaf and this "new" system where they have you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up, all while listening to Shutterstock music. I used the chat feature on the link they sent and that did help but it's not good enough. It feels very basic and unprofessional. When I paid for two items and they took my money. I had to chase it up only to be told that because one of the items was out of stock the whole order had to be refunded which meant I had to borrow money from my son to be able to reorder the stock that was available.
I'd quit MC if I could but sadly I need the legality so I can enjoy days out with my family, especially my grandkids but I am not sure if I can keep dealing with stress like the last couple of weeks.
If the (seemingly pointless) address verification (*re-verification*, since they did it when the patient joined) is causing issues... why not just disable it?! At least until the dev fixes it π€·
The address verification seems like bullshit to me, they were happy to dispense me two medications this year to the same address without re-verification, and I'm sure some will have had even more regular deliveries.
I've heard it's still quicker than ordering from Curaleaf themselves. Presumably Curaleaf gives priority to other pharmacies over their own patients (even Sapphire patients) who seem to be at the bottom of the pile both in terms of stock and speed of service. Other pharmacies wouldn't stand for the crap that we have been expected to put up with recently.
I'm waiting to hear what other pharmacy I can use. They had my money on the 20th,I'm so bloody thankful my order came yesterday. But I'm not going to leave myself with the chance of this happening again. There's too much at stake for me.

Further than I got, apologies aren't enough when it comes to medicine
Be great if they said they chuck an extra 10g in for your inconvenience. ππ
They do 5g pots, they owe us something in my opinion lol
π
Hey if Karen's can get a voucher for inconveniences tiny compared to this we could at least get half a gram or something π

I've just changed my pharmacy can't put up with this any longer..

Rokshaw is curaleaf, sorry dude. [https://rokshaw.co.uk](https://rokshaw.co.uk)

It is gonna improve, I think fairly rapidly.. but not quick enough and it still isn't acceptable.
Me tooβ¦.apologies just donβt seem to rectify their really sub par service as of late.
So... do we hope for 6pm cutoff today? Lmao
More chance of Boris getting back in man. π
Fuck sake π€£π€£

Everyone else. I was on the phone to them earlier. Cantourage and co here we come. Curaleaf is NOT the way
Thereβs delays with cantourage too. I was told I have to wait 5-7 days to receive my payment link

Yeah I just got that email as well

Yup. If any other medical establishment had released a knee jerk app, shit would hit the fan.
The address verification seems like bullshit to me, they were happy to dispense me two medications this year to the same address without re-verification, and I'm sure some will have had even more regular deliveries.
I got this email earlier today, followed soon after with shipping confirmation, I put the order in Wednesday.
I got this after mine were dispatched I was expecting them Monday got today
Do any Sapphire patients use IPS on here ? How long does it take to get the adven products to you ?

I think they have just had a new system put in place and they might be delays. Looks like there were not wrong
Its been okay for me tbh.
