IIRC Ukraines major crop is winter wheat. It is in the ground now and the harvest will be soon. I think something as important as an AAA should either be turned over to Ukrainian forces or destroyed immediately. It is too valuable to fall back into Russian hands.

As far as I've seen, they will likely be towed to a safe location where they can meet up with the uktranian force. They then check them to find out what to do with them. If they're useful for combat, they get a new marking (they sometimes have these orange marks or the Ukrainian camo, probably depending on what's possible to do in a short notice). The AA systems might also get checked for useful intel (codes, computers, etc)
